1. The First-Time Installation Guarantee
We understand that applying a large screen protector to an EV display can be nerve-wracking. If you accidentally make a mistake on your first attempt (e.g., misalignment, trapped dust, or severe bubbling), we've got you covered:
Our Promise: We will ship you a brand-new replacement protector 100% free of charge.
The Strict Limit: Because our protectors are high-value, single-use consumable items, we allow exactly ONE (1) free replacement per order. We do not offer continuous 12-month hardware warranties for wear and tear, or subsequent installation failures.
How to Apply: Within 14 days of receiving your package, take a clear photo of your failed installation attempt and email it along with your Order Number to Jeekvisen@icloud.com. Once verified, we will dispatch your single free replacement.



2. 100% VIN-Verified Fitment Guarantee
Car manufacturers frequently alter screen and center console shapes across different factory packages, regions, and model years.
Why We Verify: Providing your 17-digit VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) at checkout allows our lab to cross-reference your vehicle's build specs to guarantee 100% size accuracy before shipment.
Our Fitment Guarantee: If you provided your VIN in the Order Notes at checkout and the product you received does not fit your car's screen, we will issue a 100% full refund or send a corrected version immediately at no extra cost.
If You Don't Know Your Car Model:Look at the bottom corner of your windshield (driver's side), inside the driver's side door jamb, or on your vehicle registration card to locate your 17-digit VIN.



3. Standard Return Policy (Unopened Items)
30-Day Window: We offer a 30-day return window for items that are completely unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Adhesive Clause:Once the protective protective backing (Label 1) of a screen protector has been peeled, or if the product has been applied to any surface, it is deemed used and is strictly non-returnable.
